Changes or Refund


In contracts entered into through this site, the user or consumer may not retract the contract entered into, unless this possibility is expressly contemplated in a specific offer. However, Communicare Spa may seek the best possible solution in pursuit of consumer satisfaction, without this being mandatory for it.


Without prejudice to what is stated in the previous number, users or customers may request refunds or exchanges within the territory of continental Chile, which may be accepted by the supplier, in order to obtain full customer satisfaction. For a return to be accepted, the product (s) must arrive, within 15 days of the date of the invoice or bill. This will only be fulfilled if the product purchased through this site was returned unused, factory sealed, with its original labels, packaging and accessories, and together with your respective bill or invoice. The requirements for any change or refund are as follows: Shipping costs and withdrawal of the product in case of return, will be borne by the customer. The money will be refunded via electronic transfer within 30 business days, discounted shipping and packaging costs. In case of customers paying with a credit card, the 9% corresponding to the use of the tansbank service will be deducted.
